Getting started
What is M5EA Ultra Ai?+
Ultra Ai is an automated trading robot (an Expert Advisor, or “EA”) for MetaTrader 5. Once it is attached to a gold chart, its AI engine analyses the live market and opens trades by itself. You don't trade by hand.
What does it trade?+
XAUUSD (gold) only, on MetaTrader 5.
How much does it cost?+
Nothing. Ultra Ai is free when you open a trading account with Vantage Markets or VT Markets through the M5EA link. Free is the only version for now; there is no paid tier.
Who gets it free?+
Every trader registered under one of our official partner brokers through M5EA. Ultra Ai comes at no cost.
How do I get it?+
Open a partner-broker account through our link, complete the broker's verification, then send us your MT5 account number on Telegram. We verify it and send you Ultra Ai with a short setup guide. The Free access page lists every step.
What do I need to run it?+
MetaTrader 5 on a Windows PC or a VPS, your partner-broker account, and an internet connection. A VPS is strongly recommended so Ultra Ai keeps running when your computer is off.
How Ultra Ai trades
How does Ultra Ai decide when to enter?+
Its AI engine reads fifteen signals in five groups: trend (EMA, MACD, ADX, Parabolic SAR, Ichimoku), momentum (RSI, Stochastic, CCI, Williams %R, Momentum), volatility (ATR), volume (OBV, MFI, VWAP) and breakouts. It reads them on M1, M5 and M15 together and opens a trade when they line up.
How often does it trade?+
It depends on the market. Some days Ultra Ai takes no trade at all. When gold moves fast it can take up to about 100 entries in a single hour. Both are normal.
Why hasn't it opened a trade today?+
Usually it is simply waiting for conditions to line up, which can take a full day. Also confirm that Algo Trading is switched on (green), that Ultra Ai is on a XAUUSD chart, and that your terminal is online.
Do I have to restart it after a trade closes?+
No. After a trade closes, Ultra Ai goes back to scanning and re-enters on its own.
Which chart timeframe should I attach it to?+
Any timeframe works. Ultra Ai reads M1, M5 and M15 itself, whatever the chart is showing.
Are there other robots?+
No. Ultra Ai is the only M5EA robot.
Setup
How do I install it?+
In MT5 choose File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts and copy the Ultra Ai file in. Refresh the Navigator, drag Ultra Ai onto a XAUUSD chart, and enable Algo Trading (the Common tab and the green toolbar button).
MT5 says a web request is blocked. What do I do?+
In MT5 open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick “Allow WebRequest for listed URL”, and add https://www.m5ea.com exactly. Then restart MT5.
Do I need a VPS?+
It's strongly recommended. A VPS keeps MT5 online around the clock, so Ultra Ai can open and manage trades when your PC is off or your internet drops.
Can I run it on my phone?+
No. The MT5 mobile app can't run EAs. Use MT5 on a desktop or a VPS. You can still watch the account from your phone.
Which account type should I open?+
Follow the account type shown on the Free access page. If you are unsure, ask us on Telegram before you open the account.
Safety and support
Is profit guaranteed?+
No. Trading carries real risk and no result is guaranteed. Past trades say nothing certain about future ones.
How risky is it?+
Gold moves fast. Ultra Ai can hold several positions at once and drawdown can be sharp. Only fund your account with money you can afford to lose.
Does M5EA hold my money?+
No. Your money stays in your own account with the broker. Ultra Ai runs on your own MT5 terminal, and you can stop it whenever you want.
How do I stop it?+
Switch Algo Trading off in MT5, or remove Ultra Ai from the chart. Open trades stay in your account for you to manage or close.
